MOERDENG is responsible for return shipping costs for all eligible returns.

After your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or clear return instructions at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
