This jacket is perfect for fall and going into winter. It’s lightweight but 100% keeps you warm, especially with furry hood. It has a dual zipper so that’s a plus and goes down to right above my knees. The size is true and has multiple pockets that are deep. Overall a great jacket

This is a very nice winter coat. I put it on to take photos of it and test it out, and it was very warm. It's not cold enough to wear this coat out yet, but it will be perfect for colder weather. I normally wear an XL. I sized up and ordered an XXL so it would be roomy. I wanted to make sure it would be comfortable while wearing bulky clothes underneath, like hoodies or sweaters. It's a puffer coat with a fuzzy-lined hood. The hood is removable. The coat has zippered pockets on the outside and an open pocket on the inside. It seems to be well made, and it fits great. I'm very happy with it!

Well, you shouldn't put 'down' in the title if it isn't 'down'. Synthetic 'down' is what this is. That being cleared up, I love this coat! Really! I'm in the 'lake effect snow' area of the Great Lakes, and we get winter! Cold, blowing snow, and you better have a coat that covers butt and thighs. If you can have that with style, you are golden. This coat has nice styled coverage. A double zipper that lets you open to sit in comfort. The hood is nice and deep. It is detachable, but the furry hood cuff is also detachable. Nice draw-string closure to pull the hood in and keep your head covered and warm. Roomy, big pockets. Nice cuff ends to keep cold air out and tuck in those gloves! One thing they could add is a zipper closer cover for the zipper end at the chin/neck. It is a comfortable thickness so you don't look and feel like a blob

I went with a 3x in size because I haven't had good luck with sizing on coats on Amazon. They usually run small and I wanted room to wear bulky winter clothing under it. My measurements are smaller than the 3x measurements on the size chart. I honestly don't have much more room in the bust area even though my bust is 48 inches. The rest is pretty big through the waist and hips. My waist is 39 inches and my hips are 50 inches. My arms are on the short side but the wrists have nice cuffs that keep the sleeves from sliding over my hands. The hood isn't too big and is detachable. The inside of the coat is soft. I'm not wild about the flared bottom. Its 86 degrees here right now but it says it's for cold weather. I know these days winter coats aren't big bulky things like they were when I was a kid so I'll update if it doesn't keep me warm and dry this winter.

Such a great jacket/ coat. The water proof material is perfect for rainy cold weather. I love that it has a hood and thick enough for outdoor activities. Super comfy and very warm. Very happy and can't wait for winter to wear it.

This coat will be great this winter! It’s pretty warm (definitely warm enough to get me through the Maryland winters here) and the lining is so soft and warm. I’m slightly disappointed that the lining is only in the core trunk area and stops about at the hips but it should be alright. The quality and stitching seem good and the zipper zips very well. It fits great and I have room to layer underneath if needed. The hood comes a bit far forward but I’m sure I’ll appreciate it in the wind. Overall, I’m very happy with this jacket!

This is a very nice puffer jacket. I expected it to be heavier for a down winter puffer jacket, but it is on the lighter side. The jacket would work well for cold, windy, and rainy weather, but it lacks sufficient insulation to keep you warm in harsh winter weather. I'd say this is between a light and heavy jacket. It's long enough to cover your body and protect you from the wind, and keep you dry from the rain. The hood drapes well and is removable. I love how the design hides the zippers for both the detachable hoodie and the faux fur lining. The double zipper is an interesting feature, giving a choice of wearing it in different ways. The inner faux fur lining is just in the torso area and not through the entire inner jacket. The pockets are a good depth, including the inner breast pocket. The jacket does not give you a curved shape at the waist as the pictures show; it is a straight cut down. I ordered my usual size instead of following the sizing chart (measurements are off), and it fits fine, but I suggest sizing up 1 to have a bit of space for layering clothes.

Generous fit even in arms fur on the hood was soft and luxurious. Nice length would be good for fall or winter was surprised to find out that it was fur lined on the inside and also contained a pocket. I like this coat a lot. I think I will get a lot of wear out of it.

I got the GOLDLADIES Women’s Waterproof Long Down Jacket in black (size small). It definitely keeps me warm, which is the main reason I bought it, and it feels well-insulated for winter hikes or just being outdoors in cold weather. The hood is a nice touch, and the waterproof material does its job in light rain or snow. That said, the fit isn’t very flattering—it’s a bit bulky and doesn’t have much shape to it. If style is a top priority, this may not be the best choice, but if warmth and practicality are what you’re after, it works well.

I just received this jacket and there are some things that I would love to say about it, but first, the sizing details for you:I am 5’5” 30 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby, Approx 175 pounds and I ordered a L. My belly sticks out really far…typical (non maternity sized) clothes I am wearing, I am generally a L. Okay, let’s get into it! I have pictures you for you to reference for different things I describe! Hope it helps!This jacket has a fluffy minky-type fleece fabric inside around the trunk of the body. On the lower half it is a like shiny polyester. the zipper is a 2 way zipper, which could be fun if you wanted to have a different kind of look or if you need a little room when you sit. (See photo) This jacket goes well below my behind. I don’t really have a way to test this, but I’m not 100% sure, based on the fabric that this will be truly waterproof when you sit down, even though I goes below the booty. The hood is a perfect size. I have another jacket from Amazon that I love, Molomex (I think it’s called), but the hood is so deep and flops forward so far that I absolutely cannot see side to side. This jacket is not like that. The hood is much more appropriately sized, which is nice! I also bought my mom a jacket off Amazon last year and the hood size was a problem for her too! Also, for those with not super long arms, the sleeves are great. The cuffs are snug enough where it doesn’t fall over your hands. I think that, technically, the sleeves on this jacket are long for me, but the cuffs are so well done that the sleeves don’t fall down. This will be nice, also, to help you not get snow down your sleeves. Burr. The fur on the hood does come off, so if you don’t like the fur, no big deal, you can remove it. Additionally, the hood also does come off. My belly sticks out pretty far, but I am able to barely close the zipper. The pockets are not lined with anything warm, so you would probably need gloves if you went out for a walk in the winter, but the pockets do have zippers and are perfect iPhone size.As far as warmth goes, it is summer where I live and I am massively pregnant with a built in heater, so I am not sure it will be warm enough in a very cold, windy and snowy winter, but it might. As I am sitting here, I have it on my legs and they are warming up quite nicely. Will it be enough for frigid conditions, I don’t know, but suspect it may be similar to one of the 32 below jackets you could get at Costco, but I’m not sure. Thin, lightweight and packable! The color is very accurate and beautiful.

The fit of the jacket is true to size. The length is nice, and helps reduce wind across your body and will keep you warmer than shorter jackets. One thing that is really nice, and is not advertised, is the fuzzy trim around the hood is removable, via a metal #7 zipper. The hood is also attached using a metal #7 zipper. However, the flap that hides the zipper is upside-down. Any rain will hit that flap and be channeled into the zipper and inside your jacket, right at the back of your neck. This is really not ideal. The main zipper is a double-ended metal #7. The double-ends allow you to unzip from the legs up, if you want better mobility. The two front pockets also have metal #7 zippers. All of the zippers are smooth and sturdy. There is one internal breast pocket, on the left side, without a zipper. The upper body of the inside of the jacket has fluffy fur/fleece, adding to the warm coziness of the jacket. The puffy part of the jacket is about mid-weight material. There are certainly thinner/lighter jackets, but also thicker/heavier. Overall, for the price, I think this is a nice jacket.

Really nice puffy jacket. The size is true. My mom is a petite Asian lady that wears size small. This fits true to size (for a jacket). It holds its shape without being compressive. It is also very warm. She complained about the warmth after only 2 mins wearing it in the house (73F ambient house temp).The exterior of the jacket is made of a nylon material. It doesn’t say it’s waterproof or not so keep that in mind. However, you can treat it with DWR if you want it to improve its rain shedding ability. The stitching is good. No broken thread or frayed ends. The jacket is well made.The interior part is made of a soft faux fur like material. It is VERY soft and feels nice against your skin. The soft faux fur stops at the waist and the arms. The interior of the arms are made of a nylon fabric. The cuffs are also well done with a double stitched sleeve.The hoodie can be zippered off if you want the hoodie attached. This jacket has good pockets and the zippers feel like their good quality. The main front zip of the jacket has TWO zippers. The top zipper opens and closes the entire jacket. The bottom zipper allows you to open the bottom portion so you can have a bottom split and you’re not wrapped like a mummy. It’s very convenient and thoughtful.Overall this is a great women’s jacket and is very comparable to the big brand names like northface, marmot, OR, etc (just without the price tag of those brands). I think the value for the cost is great.

This coat is very warm and cozy, with great length for keeping out wind and snow. The hood, pockets, and overall fit make it practical for winter walks, commuting, and light hiking. This jacket fits true to size and It repels light rain and snow well, though it’s not fully waterproof in heavy downpours.It is a bit bulky and heavy, and the style runs more utilitarian than sleek. Breathability is limited, so you may overheat in milder temps or during activity. This coat has everything a fantastic winter coat needs. The lining is super soft and warm. There's a pocket on the inside. Two pockets on the outside with zippers. The pockets are a good size, phone fits nicely. It is longer so provides significantly more warmth than some of the other "cropped" jackets out there. The best part for me is that the hood is detachable. I'm not much of a hood person and hate when the don't detach. I sized up one which was a good call. I don't like a snug coat. And in winter, you want to be able to layer. Overall, really pleased with this coat and definitely recommend.
